MotorCareGroup offers consulting services in financial logistics and commercial fleet management, including courses on mobile asset depreciation assessment, operational leasing strategies, and maintenance cost auditing. Services are intended exclusively for transport and distribution companies.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information to access the services. MotorCareGroup reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice, within reasonable limits. The user is not entitled to redistribute course content without the written consent of MotorCareGroup.
MotorCareGroup is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of services, including errors in depreciation calculation or leasing recommendations. The information provided is for educational purposes and does not constitute binding legal or tax advice.
All payments for courses and consulting are made in advance, according to the issued invoice. Refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully accessed. No partial refunds are granted for courses that have been started.
MotorCareGroup may suspend or terminate user access in case of breach of terms, including abusive use of the platform or provision of false data. The user may request account termination at any time by written notice to info@motorcaregroup.com.
MotorCareGroup reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
